Gen Ed Teacher - Naperville, IL

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Must hold active Illinois teaching licensure and certification
• CTE (Career and Technical Education) endorsement required
• Proven background in a school-based setting
• At least one year of relevant teaching in general education
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, standards-based instruction to junior high school students
• Plan lessons that accommodate varied learning styles and abilities
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to enhance student outcomes
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and professional development as required
• Maintain accurate records of grades, attendance, and student progress
