Essential Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative, engaging activities that foster language development, elevate critical thinking skills, and promote cross-cultural understanding
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students at various levels of Mandarin proficiency
  • Incorporate authentic Chinese-language resources, cultural insights, and global perspectives in daily lessons
  • Evaluate and monitor student progress, offering constructive feedback that supports growth
  • Collaborate with teaching colleagues to drive interdisciplinary learning and support student achievement
  • Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and respect
  • Engage in school meetings, ongoing professional development, and wider community events
