Preferred Background and Requirements

• Valid and active Louisiana Department of Education teaching certificate (required; TAT or TA not accepted)
• Demonstrated experience in general education and/or ESL teaching roles
• Comfortable with full-time, on-campus assignments; schools and caseloads to be determined
• Familiarity with elementary to high-school age groups a plus
• Prepared to meet time-sensitive credentialing including drug screening and fingerprinting for the district
• Ready to begin immediately and work through end of May 2027
