Bring your expertise in Mandarin Chinese instruction to an engaging educational environment for the 2026-27 school year. We are looking for a dedicated Foreign Language Teacher specializing in Mandarin Chinese for students in kindergarten through eighth grade. This is a full-time, contract position with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours, scheduled from 7:15 AM to 3:30 PM.

Desired Qualifications:

• Certified to teach General Education or meets state teaching requirements
• Experience as a Mandarin Chinese instructor in a K–8 or similar school setting
• Strong capability for designing age-appropriate language lessons
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and culturally-aware learning environment
• Familiarity with integrating language and culture into daily teaching
• Passion for working with young learners and supporting their linguistic growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging Mandarin Chinese lessons for K–8 students
• Adapt instruction to accommodate varying proficiency levels
• Assess student language development and provide feedback
