• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field
• Valid teaching certification for general education
• Previous experience teaching in a K-12 setting preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to adapt lesson plans for diverse learning needs
• Dedicated to fostering a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with curriculum standards
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction as needed
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievement, and behavior
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to support student learning and school initiatives
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about student progress
• Participate in professional development sessions and faculty meetings
