Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Illinois teaching licensure and full certification
• Current CTE (Career & Technical Education) endorsement
• Recent school-based experience; junior high level strongly preferred
• Proven skills in classroom management, student engagement, and differentiated instruction
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver general education instruction aligned with school and state standards
• Develop and implement effective lesson plans for a variety of learner needs
• Monitor student progress, provide timely feedback, and adapt strategies as needed
• Foster a positive, supportive classroom atmosphere
• Communicate clearly with students, colleagues, and parents to ensure student success
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities as required

Schedule & Details:

• Full-time, contract appointment
• Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 2:21 PM
• Immediate start, with assignment running through June 3, 2027
• Caseload based within the junior high school environment
• Interviews conducted in a convenient 30-minute format
