What you bring:

• Valid Alabama Elementary General Education Certification (K-6)
• Experience or strong interest in general education teaching within elementary grades
• Ability to cultivate a positive classroom environment and connect authentically with students
• Proficiency in integrating educational technology to inspire and prepare students for the future
• Commitment to building relationships with families, colleagues, and school community members
• Professionalism, adaptability, and initiative in fulfilling school responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a classroom that encourages learning and personal growth
• Establish rapport and motivate students to acquire critical skills, attitudes, and knowledge
• Integrate technology to enhance engagement and support academic success
• Foster positive communication with students, parents, coworkers, and school visitors
• Collaborate with administration and take on additional assignments as needed
