Soliant is seeking dedicated and passionate Elementary English Language Arts (ELA) Teachers for full-time, school-based openings in the St. George, South Carolina area for the 2026–2027 school year. Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging English Language Arts lesson plans aligned with state standards.
• Provide classroom instruction in reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension.
• Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess student performance and monitor academic progress.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, school staff, and families to support student success.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Foster literacy development and a passion for reading and writing among elementary learners.
Qualifications:
• Active South Carolina Teaching Certification required.
• Soliant offers Licensing Assistance for qualified candidates.
• Previous classroom or school-based experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff and families.
Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, English, Elementary Education, or related field.
