Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related field required
• Valid teaching certification, with ESOL/ELL endorsement strongly preferred
• Previous experience in general education or ESOL teaching roles
• Skilled in lesson planning, differentiated instruction, and classroom management
• Collaborative spirit and strong communication skills with staff, students, and families
• Familiarity with integrating technology into instruction to enhance learning
• Culturally responsive teaching approach, comfortable working with multilingual learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to both general education and ESOL students
