Teacher in Saint Paul, MN

Make a meaningful impact as a General Education Teacher in an elementary school setting near Saint Paul, MN. This full-time, contract role runs from August 19, 2026, to May 18, 2027, with work hours Monday through Friday, 9am–3:30pm (32.5 hours per week). You’ll be working onsite, taking on an elementary classroom caseload.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Teaching from an accredited institution or a related teaching field
• Valid Minnesota State certification in Elementary Education (K-6)
• Must hold a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Minnesota teaching license
• Prior experience with general education classroom management is an advantage
• Strong communication abilities and collaborative spirit

Core Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a solid command of elementary subject matter
• Develop, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans and instructional materials that encourage interactive learning
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning needs and styles
• Instruct and oversee students’ use of instructional materials, resources, and technology
• Use appropriate technology to support, enhance, and differentiate instruction
• Monitor and assess student progress in alignment with educational goals
