Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport students to and from school and extracurricular events
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections to maintain bus standards
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle at all times
• Adhere strictly to all traffic regulations and school district policies
• Assist students with boarding, exiting, and seatbelt use when required
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with students, parents, and school staff
• Monitor and manage student behavior to ensure a safe ride
• Promptly report safety concerns or incidents as needed

Desired Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement
• Clean driving record and successful background check
• Previous school bus or larger vehicle driving experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
