Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport students to school, home, and special events
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and school policies, ensuring top safety standards at all times
• Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Keep the bus clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Assist students during boarding and exiting as needed, especially younger or special needs students
• Maintain open, positive communication with school personnel, parents, and students
• Monitor and uphold student behavior expectations on the bus
• Report incidents, mechanical concerns, or other issues promptly

Qualifications:

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement
• Strong safety record with a clean driving background
• Experience in school transportation or related driving roles preferred
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Reliability, patience, and a deep commitment to student safety
• Flexibility for early morning and afternoon routes, with some potential additional hours
