Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or relevant subject area (science, ELA, or music)
• State teaching certification for the applicable subject(s)
• Demonstrated classroom teaching experience at the middle school level
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to foster curiosity, engagement, and achievement among diverse student groups
• Experience with curriculum planning and targeted instructional strategies
• A collaborative spirit and adaptability within a school community
