Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid teaching certification in General Education and English
• Demonstrated experience teaching or coordinating ELL programs in a school setting

• Prior background in staff supervision or hiring is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage budgets and allocate program resources efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support the district's ELL program, collaborating with all schools to implement best practices
• Provide guidance to principals on the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of ELL staff

• Manage the ELL program budget and ensure judicious allocation of resources
• Monitor ELL student progress and maintain program data, supporting continuous improvement
• Serve as the primary district contact for ELL program compliance, parent communication, and state/federal documentation requirements
