Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Math endorsement for 5th and 6th grade
- Previous experience teaching math at the elementary or middle school level preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the classroom for 5th and 6th grade students, delivering direct math instruction
- Administer and grade assessments to track student progress
- Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with state standards
- Provide regular feedback and support to students
- Maintain organized records and timely communication with parents/guardians and colleagues
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners
This position offers the opportunity to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Compensation ranges from $37.50 to $46.75 per hour, commensurate with your experience and education level.
