General Education Teacher | Upper Darby, Pennsylvania

The assignment runs from now through June 10, 2027, with a schedule of 35 hours per week. Key Qualifications:

• Holds active certification/licensure relevant to the caseload
• Bachelor’s degree required (minimum for emergency teaching permit)
• Complete all required Pennsylvania clearances prior to start
• Demonstrates subject matter expertise and effective instructional strategies
• Prior experience in schools, specifically with special needs students
• Familiarity with emotional support and autistic support programs
• Comfortable working in an urban school environment
• Proven strength in classroom and behavior management
• Efficient lesson planning aligned with state/district standards, using differentiated instruction and formative assessment
• Dependable transportation for daily commute
• Ability to work onsite, Monday through Friday, from 8:30AM to 4PM
• Must be adaptable to the district’s needs and building requirements
