Soliant is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual General Education Teacher to join the a supportive middle school team near San Andreas, California, for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive elementary school environment.
Position Details:
Assignment Dates: July 29, 2026 – June 11, 2027
Schedule: Full-Time, 7 hours per day
Hours: 7:15 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.
Grade Level: 6th Grade General Education
Average Class Size: Approximately 28 students
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, standards-based instruction in a bilingual elementary classroom.
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports student academic and social-emotional growth.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Assess student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, support staff, and families to promote student success.
Required Qualifications:
- Active California Multi-Subject Teaching Credential (required).
- Bilingual teaching experience or ability to provide instruction in a bilingual classroom.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment for all students.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience teaching in a bilingual elementary or middle school classroom.
- Experience teaching 6th-grade students or upper elementary/middle school learners.
- Familiarity with California state standards and curriculum.
- Passion for supporting multilingual learners and promoting academic success.
