Qualifications:
- Valid teaching certification appropriate for K-12 public school instruction
- Demonstrated expertise in general education or at least one core subject (Math, Science, ELA, Social Studies)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Creative and flexible approach to engaging diverse learners
- Experience in specialized subjects (Art, Music, Foreign Language, etc.) welcomed
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, administration, and families
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction in accordance with curriculum standards
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and performance
- Collaborate with staff and support personnel to enhance student learning
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and administrators
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events
