Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification appropriate for K-12 public school instruction
• Demonstrated expertise in general education or at least one core subject (Math, Science, ELA, Social Studies)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Creative and flexible approach to engaging diverse learners
• Experience in specialized subjects (Art, Music, Foreign Language, etc.) welcomed
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, administration, and families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction in accordance with curriculum standards
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and performance
• Collaborate with staff and support personnel to enhance student learning
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and administrators
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events
