Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Michigan Elementary Teaching Certificate required
• Proven experience teaching general education, preferably at the elementary level
• Strong classroom management skills to foster academic growth and positive social behavior
• Ability to develop and adapt instructional materials to meet varied learning needs
• Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
