Qualifications and Experience:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage students and collaborate with teachers and staff
- Professionalism, flexibility, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and fostering student growth
- Knowledge of interpreting standards and best practices in an academic environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation services to elementary-age students in a variety of classroom and school environments
- Adjust communication methods to meet the individual needs of each student throughout the day
- Collaborate with educators and other school professionals to facilitate inclusive education for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students
- Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance with all relevant ethical and legal standards
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional success by ensuring clear, accessible communication
