A full-time Educational Interpreter assignment is available for the upcoming school year, serving students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Key Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and other modes of communication used by Deaf/Hard of Hearing individuals
  • Experience as an Educational Interpreter or in a similar support role within a school setting
  • Knowledge of best practices and current strategies for supporting students with hearing impairments
  • Ability to facilitate clear communication between students, teachers, and peers
  • Flexibility, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Valid and current interpreter certification as required by state or educational guidelines

Position Features:

  • Full-time contract, 35 hours per week
  • School year duration: August 6, 2026 – May 27, 2027
