Qualifications & Experience:

• Current teaching certification relevant to the assigned grade levels (K–12)
• Demonstrated experience working with life skills or special education curriculum
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple grade levels
• Ability to individualize instruction for diverse learners and adapt to unique student needs
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging life skills lesson plans that address the needs of students in elementary, middle, and high school
• Assess student progress and modify instruction to maximize learning and independence
• Work closely with other educators, staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and resources to foster practical, real-world skills
• Maintain consistent documentation and participate in student progress meetings and IEPs as needed
