An educational opportunity is available for a passionate Life Skills Teacher to support students across a variety of grade levels. This role serves students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12, providing tailored instruction that promotes essential life skills development. The position is contract-based and located in Boston, MA.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing individualized life skills curricula that meet the developmental needs of students.
- Collaborating with educators and support staff to create inclusive learning environments.
- Assessing student progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
- Supporting social, emotional, and practical skill development to prepare students for greater independence.
- Maintaining clear communication with students, families, and colleagues.
