• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and caregivers
• Organized, patient, and creative in adapting life skills curriculum to maximize student engagement and growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate life skills curriculum for students across elementary, middle, and high school
• Assess student needs and progress, adjusting approaches for individualized learning
• Collaborate with support staff and families to monitor goals and provide resources
• Encourage self-advocacy, independence, and social-emotional development in students
• Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings when necessary
