• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, colleagues, and families
• Ability to develop individualized learning objectives and modify curriculum based on student needs
• Experience utilizing evidence-based teaching methods and classroom management strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a supportive, structured classroom environment that fosters student growth and positive behavior
