School LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Adelanto, California

Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid California LVN/LPN license
• Experience in pediatric or school settings preferred
• Ability to work comfortably in a 1:1 nursing assignment
• Skilled in providing both routine and emergency nursing care to children and adolescents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and school staff
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Flexibility, compassion, and proactive problem-solving ability

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual nursing support to a designated student during the school day
• Administer medications, monitor health status, and manage medical equipment as needed
• Provide health education and advocacy to promote student wellness
• Communicate with parents, teachers, and school administration regarding student needs and progress
• Maintain accurate health records in accordance with school and legal guidelines
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies or changes in student condition
