What We’re Looking For:

• Current Minnesota LPN license (required)
• Previous experience in a school setting or pediatric care preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage health records, administer medications, and respond to student health needs efficiently
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy office
• Professionalism and compassion with a student-centered approach

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality healthcare and first aid to students and staff during school hours
• Administer prescription and over-the-counter medications according to school policies
• Maintain detailed health records and document care provided
• Work collaboratively with school administrators, teachers, and parents regarding student health concerns
• Support the creation and implementation of individual health plans as required
• Oversee infection control protocols and provide education on health and safety issues
