The schedule is Monday through Friday, up to 37.5 hours per week and aligns with the school calendar, providing structure and stability for the right candidate.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Current, active Minnesota LPN license
  • Valid CPR and AED certifications
  • Demonstrated experience in pediatric nursing, especially within schools or special education settings
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to daily care protocols
  • Comfort working closely with children with high-need disabilities
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel with the student on the school bus to and from home
  • Availability for a virtual or in-person interview with school administration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized, attentive care according to a student-specific healthcare plan
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of daily health interventions
  • Ensure safety and well-being during student transportation to and from school
  • Communicate effectively with school staff, families, and medical professionals
  • Adapt to changing care needs and prioritize the student’s experience and dignity at all times
