Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Anoka, MN

A contract position is available for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a high school student in a school setting in Anoka, MN. This role spans from January 5, 2026, to June 5, 2026, with a consistent schedule Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, totaling 7 hours per day.

Key responsibilities include providing direct nursing care and paraeducator assistance to one high school student, primarily on a one-to-one basis. The caseload is approximately 80% paraeducator duties and 20% nursing care. Collaboration with an Intervener will be part of the support structure for the student, and occasional assistance with other students may be requested.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current LPN/LVN licensure required.
• Previous experience working in school environments preferred.
• Ability to manage both nursing and paraeducator responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with educational teams.
