As an integral member of the school healthcare team, you will deliver skilled nursing care to a small, manageable caseload of four students across two local school campuses. Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current LPN or LVN license in Illinois
• School-based nursing experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to provide care to pediatric and adolescent populations
• Flexibility to travel between two local school sites each day
• Superb communication skills for working with students, faculty, and families
• Compassionate demeanor and strong sense of responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with student care plans
• Monitor health status and respond to medical needs during school hours
• Maintain thorough documentation of care provided
• Collaborate with school staff to provide holistic care for students with unique health requirements
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment
