Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – K-12 School Setting

Location: Bethlehem, PA
Job Type: Contract, Current School Year (CSY)

This position is for an LPN supporting students in a K-12 school environment. The role is physically active and requires the ability to ensure safety for both students and staff during escalated situations. Duties will include working with diverse student needs, including behavioral support, toileting assistance, and tracheostomy care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to students in both 1:1 and classroom settings
• Manage and respond to behavioral challenges with professionalism and care
• Assist with toileting needs and tracheostomy care as required
• Monitor student health and safety throughout the school day
• Collaborate with school staff to support student well-being

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid LPN license
• Comfortable working in an active, dynamic school environment
• Experience with behavioral management and caring for students with tracheostomies
• Ability to maintain safety during escalated situations
• Prior experience in school nursing or pediatric care preferred

Contract Details:

• Immediate start through June 10, 2026
• Role based in Bethlehem, PA
• K-12 school environment
