Licensed Practical Nurse

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one nursing support to students in K-12 school environments. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working a consistent school schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to an assigned student throughout the school day
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document student health status
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) when needed
• Respond to medical emergencies and follow established care plans
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, parents, and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Support student participation in classroom and school activities

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of practice
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred
• Previous pediatric, school-based, home health, or special needs experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to student-specific needs
