With a manageable caseload of approximately 50 students, you'll contribute your expertise directly in classrooms, providing essential care and ensuring every child’s well-being.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN or LVN license
• Prior experience with pediatric populations or in a school-based setting preferred
• Proficient in specialized care procedures including g-tube feedings, seizure management, toileting assistance, lifting, and the use of wheelchairs
• Comfortable working with students who have complex medical needs and collaborating with fellow nursing staff
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, supportive approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized nursing care and support for students within their classroom environments throughout the school day
• Monitor and address chronic medical needs such as feeding (including g-tubes) and toileting
• Provide seizure observation and intervention as required
• Assist with safe transfers and mobility for wheelchair-bound students
• Maintain accurate health records and communicate updates with families and education professionals
• Partner with another on-site nurse to ensure comprehensive coverage and safety

Working Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
