School-Based Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Boston, Massachusetts

We are seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs with experience in school environments to provide 1:1 care during both the school year and summer session. Key Qualifications:

• Current, valid Massachusetts LPN or RN license (required)
• Experience working as an LPN, LVN, or RN in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Comfortable riding the bus with a student as part of the daily routine
• Ability to provide compassionate, attentive care to a medically fragile student
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with educational staff and families
• Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing needs in a school setting

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver 1:1 nursing care for a student throughout the school day, including bus rides to and from school
• Monitor and respond to the student’s medical needs in accordance with individualized health plans
• Communicate regularly with family members, teachers, and school support personnel regarding the student’s status
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all care provided
• Participate in the school environment as a supportive team member
• Commit to coverage during the immediate need through 6/18, with an optional summer school extension from 7/1-8/6
