School LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) | Boston, Massachusetts

This role involves providing dedicated 1:1 care for a wheelchair-bound student requiring trach and G-tube support, toileting assistance, suctioning, and other specialized tasks. You'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact throughout the entire 26/27 school year and into the summer session of 2027, working closely with both the student and educational team.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, valid Massachusetts LPN or RN license (required)
• Experience in pediatric or school-based nursing, particularly with medically complex students
• Comfortable with van riding as part of daily responsibilities
• Skilled in trach care, G-tube feeds, suctioning, and personal care
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to compassionate caregiving

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 nursing care and supervision for a student during school hours and transportation
• Administer and manage complex medical procedures, including trach and G-tube care
• Support with toileting, mobility, and personal needs
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and family to ensure seamless care
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and nursing standards

Additional Benefits:

• RN pay starting at $40/hr; LPN pay starting at $30/hr, with weekly pay and a competitive hourly rate
