1:1 Elementary School Nurse (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Boston, MA

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, individualized medical care to an assigned elementary school student throughout the school day
• Monitor vital signs, administer medication, and respond to healthcare needs or emergencies promptly
• Document care activities, maintain health records, and communicate updates with the appropriate parties
• Collaborate with educators, related services personnel, and guardians to ensure continuity of care
• Assist with mobility or personal care tasks as outlined in the student's care plan
• Educate school staff as needed about relevant health concerns and preventive strategies
