1:1 Elementary School LPN | Boston, Massachusetts

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is needed for an elementary school setting in Boston, MA. This contract role involves providing dedicated one-on-one nursing care to support student health and well-being within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to assigned student(s) on a one-to-one basis
• Monitor and assess student health needs, administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations
• Respond promptly to health emergencies and provide appropriate interventions

Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN licensure
• Experience working in school or pediatric healthcare settings preferred
• Ability to provide compassionate, individualized care for elementary-aged children
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary school team
