Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor vital signs, administer medication, and respond to healthcare needs or emergencies promptly
- Document care activities, maintain health records, and communicate updates with the appropriate parties
- Collaborate with educators, related services personnel, and guardians to ensure continuity of care
- Assist with mobility or personal care tasks as outlined in the student's care plan
- Educate school staff as needed about relevant health concerns and preventive strategies
