This position is ideal for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Registered Nurses (RNs) eager to make a direct impact as a 1:1 nurse for a student with complex medical needs. The assignment spans the full 26/27 academic year with continued opportunity through summer school of 2027.
You will provide essential, compassionate care to a wheelchair-bound student requiring trach, G-tube, toileting, suctioning, and related medical procedures. Van riding to and from school is an integral part of your day, ensuring continuity and safety for your student. This position offers a consistent 4-day work week, totaling approximately 25 hours per week.

Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts LPN or RN license
- Experience with trach care, G-tubes, suctioning, and toileting (school/pediatric experience preferred)
- Comfort with van transportation each day alongside the student
- Ability to commit to both the full 2026/2027 school year and summer session
- Dedication to 1:1 patient care and collaborative team spirit
