1:1 Elementary Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Cambridge, MA

Desired Qualifications:

• Current LPN license valid in Massachusetts
• Previous experience working with children in a school or pediatric setting preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized nursing care to an elementary school student throughout the school day
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor health status and intervene quickly in response to medical needs or emergencies
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential health records and documentation
• Provide education to the student and, if needed, guidance to staff about health-related procedures
• Communicate effectively with school staff and the student’s family to keep them informed of any changes or concerns
