Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, valid Practical Nurse licensure in Vermont
• Previous experience working in a school environment preferred
• Demonstrated background in pediatric care
• Skilled in tracheostomy (Trach) management
• Proficient with G-tube care, including suctioning and tube feeding
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable operating independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to two elementary students
• Perform standard nursing tasks such as wound care, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration
• Monitor, document, and effectively communicate health progress of students to staff and families
• Collaborate with the broader educational team to promote positive student outcomes
