LPN - School in Dacula, GA

An opportunity is available for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in a school setting located in Dacula, GA. This contract position involves supporting the health and well-being of young students within an educational environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing nursing care for Pre-K students, primarily 4 years old, within the classroom setting.
• Assisting students with tracheostomy care; candidates must be comfortable and experienced with trach management.
• Supervising and accompanying students during bus transport to and from their homes.
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to support the special healthcare needs of students throughout the school day.
• Documenting and communicating health-related observations and interventions effectively.
