A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position is available to provide health room coverage within a K-12 school setting located in Deltona, FL. This contract role spans the current school year, starting as soon as possible and concluding on May 28th.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to students, including administering medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Manage daily health room operations, including maintaining health records and ensuring a safe environment.
• Respond promptly to student health concerns and emergencies.
• Collaborate with school staff to support student health and wellness initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school personnel regarding health-related matters.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and valid LPN/LVN license.
• Experience working in school health room settings preferred.
• Knowledge of common childhood illnesses and emergency procedures.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Employment Details:
