School LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Derry, New Hampshire

In this position, you’ll provide 1:1 care for two students during the full academic year with the addition of a summer extension. The school year schedule runs from 8:15 AM to 3:45 PM, and the summer session takes place July 7 – July 28 (Monday through Thursday, four hours daily; specific summer hours to be confirmed).

Key Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license
• Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or 1:1 caregiving setting preferred
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to individual student needs
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Flexibility to adapt to diverse student requirements and school routines
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing services (medication administration, treatments, monitoring, and health checks) to assigned students
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to support each student’s medical and educational needs
• Maintain accurate documentation of care, medication logs, and daily health records
• Identify and respond to health concerns or emergencies promptly
• Support students in navigating their school day safely and successfully
