This role involves supporting a middle school female student who requires specialized care throughout the school day, including during bus rides.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to a student with complex medical needs
• Manage feeding tube care and related medical tasks
• Accompany the student on bus rides ensuring safety and monitoring health needs
• Collaborate with paraprofessional staff who provide floating support throughout the day
• Communicate effectively with school staff and healthcare team regarding the student’s condition and needs

Qualifications / Experience:

• Current LPN/LVN licensure
• Experience in school nursing or pediatric nursing preferred
• Ability to care for feeding tubes and provide medical support in a school environment
• Comfort working with school-aged children, particularly in a middle school setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work alongside educational and support staff
