Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – School Setting (1:1 Assignments)
Location: Derry, NH (with opportunities in Manchester, NH)
Duration: School Year Contract (NSY)

We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, one-to-one assignments in school settings across Derry and Manchester, NH. This role involves providing specialized nursing support to students with diverse healthcare needs, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized nursing care to students with complex medical conditions during the school day
• Assist with tracheostomy, G-tube, ventilator support, seizure management, diabetic care, toileting, and other healthcare needs as applicable
• Support students with bus riding, ensuring safety and care during transit
• Collaborate with school staff to assist with academic activities as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing interventions and student progress
• Communicate effectively with families, school personnel, and healthcare providers

Qualifications:

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of New Hampshire
• Experience in pediatric nursing or school nursing preferred
• Comfort and skill in managing tracheostomy, G-tube, ventilators, seizure care, diabetic care, and toileting assistance
• Flexibility to accommodate various caseloads including bus riding duties
• Strong organizational and communication skills
