School Nurse (LPN) - Derry, NH

Schedule:

• 3 days per week
• July 7, 2026 – July 30, 2026
• 8:30 am – 11:30 am

What you bring:

• Active LNA, LPN, LVN, or CNA credentials in good standing
• Prior experience working with children or in a school-based environment
• Ability to manage healthcare situations calmly and professionally
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Enthusiasm for working as part of a multidisciplinary school team

Key responsibilities:

• Support students’ daily healthcare needs during ESY hours, including medication administration and first aid as needed
• Respond promptly and appropriately to health incidents or emergencies
• Collaborate with educators and staff regarding student care plans
• Maintain accurate health records and communicate updates as necessary
• Promote a safe, supportive environment for all children
