What You’ll Bring:

• Current and active LPN license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with students and educational staff
• Experience with or willingness to support: tracheostomy care, G-tube care, ventilator management, seizure monitoring and response, diabetic care, toileting needs, and academic assistance
• Flexibility and adaptability, as bus riding may be required for some assignments
• Commitment to ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for each student

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized, compassionate care in a 1:1 capacity throughout the school day
• Accompany students on the bus as needed, ensuring health and safety from pickup to drop-off
• Administer prescribed medical treatments (trach, G-tube, vent, seizure care, diabetic medication) as required by each student’s plan
• Provide assistance with toileting and personal care needs
• Support students within the classroom, helping with academic tasks as appropriate
• Communicate effectively with the school team about each student’s health status and any changes
