School-Based Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Derry, New Hampshire

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate RN or LPN to assist a medically fragile student as a bus monitor for the current school year, with the potential for extension into the extended school year. You’ll ensure the safe and comfortable transport of a student with epilepsy and physical/speech limitations, offering dedicated care from their home to school in Massachusetts and back. Family support is strong, and you’ll be able to park conveniently in their driveway for your daily pick-ups.

What you’ll bring:

• Active LPN or RN license in New Hampshire
• Previous experience in schools, pediatric care, or with medically fragile individuals
• Confidence in following seizure protocols and providing calm, responsive care during transit
• Comfort working with children with disabilities
• Strong communication skills and commitment to safety and dignity

Your daily responsibilities:

• Ride with the student from home to school and back, ensuring their health and comfort
• Monitor and respond to any medical needs during the commute
• Follow established seizure protocols and communicate effectively with staff and family
• Partner with the student’s support team to create a supportive environment
