School Nurse (LPN) - Eden Prairie, MN

Step into a vital role supporting student well-being in a dynamic K-8 educational setting located near Eden Prairie, MN. As a contract school nurse (LPN or RN), you’ll play a key part in promoting healthy learning environments and providing compassionate, expert care to students each day.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Active K-12 School Nurse license in good standing
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) credentials
• Confident working independently with minimal supervision
• Capable of maintaining a “not disqualified” status after completion of all criminal background and MN disciplinary incident checks

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver consistent health services, including temporary, emergency, and first aid care, to K-8 students at a single campus location
• Conduct ongoing evaluations for student health and development, such as providing annual vision and hearing screenings
• Manage and record administration of medications for students with both acute and chronic health needs; communicate regularly with physicians and guardians about medication plans and adjustments
• Prepare, inventory, and maintain first aid kits for the site to ensure readiness for any health-related scenario
