1:1 LPN – School-Based Opportunity

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a student in a school setting. This is a full-time opportunity for an LPN who is committed to ensuring the student's health, safety, and well-being throughout the school day, including transportation.

Position Details

• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• 1:1 student assignment
• Bus riding is required to provide nursing support during transportation to and from school

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care throughout the school day
• Monitor the student's health status and respond appropriately to medical needs
• Administer medications and treatments as outlined in the student's care plan
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers
• Accompany the student on the school bus to ensure safe transportation

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of employment
• Previous pediatric, school-based, or 1:1 nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the educational team
