You’ll work alongside dedicated educators and supportive staff, ensuring one student receives the attentive medical assistance they need each day.
Desired Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Minnesota LPN license
- Current CPR/AED certification required
- Previous experience caring for pediatric patients—especially in a school, special education, or home health setting—is highly valued
- Strong skills in daily healthcare documentation and reliable follow-through on care plans
- Compassionate, adaptable, and comfortable working with children with significant disabilities
- Willingness to ride the school bus to and from the student's home as part of daily routines
- Availability for a virtual or in-person interview
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute a comprehensive, student-specific healthcare plan under the direction of school administration and caregivers
- Maintain thorough records of daily care and communicate effectively with the educational team
- Provide supportive, attentive care to a student with high-need disabilities, fostering an environment of trust and safety
- Participate fully in school activities, including bus transportation
