Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, valid Practical Nurse licensure in Vermont
• Previous school nursing experience preferred
• Pediatrics expertise required
• Demonstrated skill in managing tracheostomies (Trachs)
• Proficient in G-tube care, including suctioning and tube feeding
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver dedicated nursing care to two elementary students
• Perform regular nursing duties such as wound care, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration
• Monitor student progress, maintain thorough documentation, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Support the educational team to promote the best possible outcomes for students
